Electrical Safety

• Electrical Safety Check to AS/NZS3000 and AS/NZS3019 every two years
• Confirm there are safety switches (RCD, RCBO)on all lighting and power circuits and test the RCDs correctly operate.
• Verify the main earthing system complies to the standard.
• Verify the wiring insulation is compliant.
• Test all powerpoints for correct wiring and connectivity
• Verify the mechanical integrity, and functionality of all powerpoints and light switches.
• Check lighting is compliant and operational.
• Verify the safety and function of all fixed electrical appliances.
