Gas Safety

• Gas Safety Check every two years
• Test the property gas installation for leaks. (Disconnect or repair as required)
• Service all gas appliances and check for correct operation. (Includes checking ducted heating heat exchangers for cracking)
• Conduct a negative pressure Carbon Monoxide spillage test on all heaters.
