What we do

Consumer Affairs Victoria mandate Minimum Rental Standards, the Residential Tenancies Regulations 2021 detail safety compliance requirements, and the Smoke Alarm, Electrical and Plumbing Australian Standards provide detailed compliance levels.

It is mandatory for all rental properties in Victoria to have the smoke alarms annually maintained, Electrical and Gas safety checks conducted every two years. Properties must continue to meet the Minimum Rental Standards ongoing. Cyclic Maintenance provide the compliance services along with any electrical and plumbing remedial works.
